About the event

We are offering a high quality development program for girls that will both improve their hockey skills & strength, but also be a lot of fun! Weekly Development Program (10 weeks - 20 hours of development) 1 hour on-ice/week, 1 hour off-ice/week


Age Groups: 7-10 years old, 10-13 years old, 13-17 years old

*Note: Groups subject to change based on registration numbers and skill levels*


On-ice development will include both individual skill development (power skating, puck control, shooting, etc.), positional play development, & game play development – mixing in some fun! Off-ice development will include off-ice testing at start and finish, strength & conditioning, flexibility & stretching, agility training, stick handling & shooting dryland practice.


AGE GROUPS:

Group 1: 7-10 years old - Tuesdays at 5:15pm on ice, 6:30pm off-ice
