Group 1 & 2 - Sundays at Trico - Ages 7-12 & Ages 12-17
Off-ice 4:45PM-5:45PM, On-ice 6:00PM-7:00PM
We are offering a high quality development program for girls that will both improve their hockey skills & strength, but also be a lot of fun! Weekly Development Program (10 weeks - 20 hours of development) 1 hour on-ice/week, 1 hour off-ice/week
Ages 9-16 On-ice development will include both individual skill development (power skating, puck control, shooting, etc.), positional play development, & game play development – mixing in some fun! Off-ice development will include strength & conditioning, flexibility & stretching, agility training, stick handling & shooting dryland practice.
